Automatic cartoning machine is a back-end packaging machine, set machine, electricity, gas, light in the body of automation equipment. The automatic cartoning machine is mainly applied to products that need to be packed in the industries of tissue paper, food, pharmaceutical and daily necessities, etc. Meanwhile, it can be equipped with an integrated process of automatic folding instruction manual, opening, cartoning, sealing, printing the date (production or expiration date), labeling machine and so on.
The cartoning process of cartoning machine can be divided into four steps: automatic feeding, opening cartoning, cartoning, and sealing.
Automatic feeding: the automatic material handling conveyor transfers the products to the conveyor belt.
Open Carton: The PLC instructs the carton sucking device to lower the carton. When the material is detected by the photoelectric switch, the suction cup will suck the carton to the carton feeding chain in a specific time under the action of vacuum.
Cartoning the product: When the conveyor belt photoelectric detects the material, the material will be loaded into the carton by the longitudinal carton pusher and the carton pusher at the feeding station, and the cartoning is completed.
Carton sealing: The carton sealing mechanism mainly consists of carton folding device on both sides of the carton, the upper and lower sheath bending guide and tongue into the carton sealing device, the material is pushed into the carton by the pusher, the carton will enter the guide rail driven closing station, before closing the lid, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the carton, the pusher will push the lid bending, so that the tongue can be inserted into the carton.
Finished Product Output:Finally, the packaged products are output, and the conveyor belt can be used to dock the different packaging equipment at the back end to realize the whole automated packaging line.
