This entire automated packaging line is tailor-made for snack food clients, designed for post-packaging sealing of individually pillow-packed biscuits. Per customer technical requirements: 8 individually pillow-wrapped biscuit pouches are neatly loaded into one paper carton. Two pillow packaging machines are arranged at the front end to discharge materials synchronously, connected to the main automatic cartoner at the rear. The line integrates material collection, sorting & grouping, certificate insertion, product pushing into cartons, glue spraying & carton sealing, defective product rejection and finished goods discharging in one continuous workflow, perfectly catering to large-scale continuous production demands of baked snack foods.
