Overview

This fully automatic packaging line is custom-designed for dairy customers, adopting the STZ-300 integrated cartoner to realize 12-bottle milk pallet loading and carton sealing. It can directly connect to filling machines, with compact overall dimensions (L3100mm × H1628mm), integrating split conveying, pallet feeding, servo arranging, cylinder pushing and glue sealing modules to save workshop space.

Working Process

1.Milk bottles are split into Channel A & B, with 4 bottles grouped in each channel to form a 12-bottle set.

2.Empty pallets are automatically discharged from the magazine, and servo units place bottle groups onto pallets without scratching.

3.Air cylinders push loaded pallets into the cartoner drag chain for continuous cartoning.

4.Automatic glue spraying and carton sealing are completed, and finished goods are output automatically.
